As part of the world’s best-known healthcare and medical technology trade fair, we take stock of four days at MEDICA in Düsseldorf (November 13 to 16). With over 6,000 exhibitors and 83,000 international visitors from 166 nations, the trade fair was a complete success, both for the organizers and the industry. The world of consumables and supplies alone covered three halls with over 1,300 stands at MEDICA. Our TEMCA team at Stand 06 in Hall 5 can also draw a positive balance, because thanks to the extended product range for hygiene, care and disinfection, the further development of the packaging units and the quality of our TEMCA articles, we can also hold our own in international comparison.
The TEMDEX® wash glove and the TEMDEX®WD plus wipes were of particular interest to visitors to our stand, especially those from care facilities, medical care centers and hospitals. Hygienic and safe patient care is becoming increasingly important – despite, or perhaps because of, a lack of specialist staff, cost and time pressure. When it comes to wound care for bedridden patients, nursing staff are looking for solutions that can be easily integrated into their daily care routine, are particularly skin-friendly or even contribute to healing. We also received a lot of praise for our new feminine hygiene product dispenser, which we presented to the public for the first time at MEDICA.
