After a pandemic break in 2020, Interclean Amsterdam, one of the most important trade fairs for cleaning and hygiene, is returning this year as a presence event. From 10 May to 13 May 2022, the Who’s Who of the industry will meet in the Dutch capital – a visit to Interclean is an absolute must for experts from all over the world. Founded in 1967, the fair looks back on a success story of more than 55 years and enjoys a high reputation in the cleaning business on a global level.
Once again, more than 800 exhibitors from the cleaning and hygiene sector will present their latest products, pioneering services and technologies for industry and commerce, medicine, guest care and food service facilities on the grounds of the RAI exhibition and congress centre in Amsterdam, with the aim of helping the cleaning industry to become smarter, more efficient and more sustainable. The more than 35,000 trade visitors can expect a wide range of topics from efficient operational processes, health and hygiene, technological developments to sustainability for facilities and organisations. The large range of exhibitors will also be accompanied by a varied supporting programme, highlights of which include the Healthcare Cleaning Forum and the Interclean Hackathon.
The innovative character of Interclean Amsterdam is also confirmed by the numerous applications for the Innovation Award, which has been presented in various categories since 1997 and rewards the best innovations in the cleaning industry. Instead of the previous four product-related ones, this year Interclean Amsterdam is introducing four new categories for the coveted award: “Machines, Accessories and Components”, “Equipment, Detergents and Sanitation”, “E-Cleaning” and “Related Products and Services”.
